Cancellation Policy
At The Ellory, we understand that life happens and sometimes plans change unexpectedly. We’re happy to offer each client one free last-minute cancellation or no-show, — we get it!
If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, or in the case of a missed appointment (after your one-time grace pass), a fee of 30% of your appointment cost will be charged.
